How do sins effect our lives when we do not repent of them ?
Even if you do not call the bad or evil things you do we all have consciences and they bother us right?

Jesus says: 'But unless you repent, you too will all perish.' (Luke 13: 3)
sin has a cumulative effect - if we continue then our hearts become hardened over time and we may reach a point where we are unlikely to return we actually may start sinning willlingly - not heeding the consequences Hbr 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Hbr 10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. another thing about sin - the sins we commit today may not begin having their observable effects for many years to come - and when they do they can be devastating btw - it's 'affect'
It works as a thief who wants to steal your joy and the word of God
it makes our lives worse
all the time, BUT if one sins much his soul gets seared, and after a while the sin doesnt convict anymore. what the bible says is grieving the holy spirit.
